Experience & expertise 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within high-growth, international environments. Experience overseeing or closely partnering with HR and/or Legal functions is a strong plus, especially in international and scaling environments. Experience in hospitality, luxury, travel, or marketplace businesses is considered a strong plus. Proven experience overseeing financial strategy, FP&A, and financial governance. Strong track record in corporate finance, fundraising, or capital structuring. Experience interacting with boards, investors, and executive leadership teams. Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and multi-entity consolidation.
