**Profile Required** **Education:** Engineering or Technical Master’s degree preferred. **Experience:** 8–12 years product development experience with consumer electronics or similar hardware systems. Proven track record leading engineering teams and managing complex hardware projects. **Skills & Expertise:** * Strong electrical engineering background * Knowledge of embedded systems, sensors, displays * Experience with EMC, safety standards, and international compliance * Familiarity with product testing, validation, and QA * Strategic thinking and project management * Budget control and cost optimization * Industry knowledge in consumer electronics or interactive technologies * Awareness of experiential marketing and event tech is a plus * Fluent in English; other languages are a plus **Personal Qualities:** * Innovative mindset and passion for technology * Detail-oriented and compliance-focused * Strong communicator across technical and business domains * Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments * Willingness to travel for supplier meetings, trade shows, and market research
