### **What you'll bring to the team** * Strong command of pricing techniques, product analysis, and technical competitor benchmarking (tools, conditions, etc.). * Solid understanding of underwriting in relevant lines of business. * Proven ability to interpret complex data. * Demonstrated success leading a pricing function in French P&C insurance, ideally within direct insurance (5–7 years). * Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5+ colleagues (3–5 years). * Proven experience working in an international environment (1–3 years). * Education/Certification: MSc/MA in applied mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or a related discipline (relevant certification required). * Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken), as you will work daily in an international environment
