Détail du poste Key Responsibilities - Lead the engineering department in the design and development of innovative special machines. - Oversee all aspects of project management, from conception through to completion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals. - Utilize industry best practices to ensure product quality and performance meet customer expectations. - Manage budgets and timelines efficiently to deliver projects on time and within scope. - Mentor and develop engineering talent within the organization. - Continuously assess and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the engineering process. - Establish key performance metrics and track performance against those standards. Essential Qualifications - Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in a senior engineering management role, with a focus on special machines. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Desired Experience - 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role. - Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery in related fields. - Experience in budget management and resource allocation. - Familiarity with the latest engineering design software and tools. - Ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced and changing environment.
